  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Pallini Limoncello
  • ¾ oz. (22.5 ml) Rhum Agricole Blanc
  • ½ oz. (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. (60 ml) fresh rucola

Method: muddle the rucola (gently) in a tumbler glass, add the rest of ingredients then fill up with ice. Stir and serve with a splash of sparkling water.

Garnish: dehydrated pear slice.
